Julia Benites

With over 12 years of experience, Julia is a dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitian committed to helping individuals develop a positive relationship with food and achieve their health goals. Holding a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, she has worked across private practice and public health, delivering evidence-based, person-centred care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Marja Elizabeth
clinical psychologist

Dr Marja Elizabeth is a clinical psychologist, qualified secondary school teacher and has been admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland. Dr Elizabeth has over 30 years experience working with adolescents and adults with a wide range of psychological issues including posttraumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
Her research area is the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder and she is a certified practitioner, trainer and consultant in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. She regularly provides education, training and supervision in trauma focused practice.
She also has expertise working with issues related to gender, sexuality and culture having worked with Family Planning Queensland; as Manager Mental Health for the Royal Flying Doctor Service; in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia; and in the Pacific as the Gender Based Violence Specialist in Nauru.
She is experienced in working with veterans and first responders through roles as the Psychology Manager for Defence
Force Recruiting and is an accredited psychology assessor for defence.
