Thursday Evenings 5.30pm

Support your body and mind through every stage of pregnancy with gentle, safe movement designed to build strength, improve flexibility and reduce discomfort. Classes include breathwork and relaxation to promote calm, ease anxiety, and help you feel more confident and connected.

Targeted poses support the pelvic floor and core, preparing your body for birth. Relieve common discomforts like back pain and fatigue while increasing stamina for labor and delivery. Each session is a chance to slow down, connect with your growing baby, and nurture your changing body. No previous yoga experience needed, just come as you are. Meet other mums-to-be and share this journey in a warm, supportive space. A beautiful way to unwind, stay active, and feel empowered throughout pregnancy.

danni pix- currently on leave

Hi, I’m Danni, a yoga teacher with a deep love for supporting mums through pregnancy, birth and beyond. I first came to yoga for my own wellbeing and eventually completed my teacher training to deepen my understanding. I loved it so much, I’ve gone on to complete several more teacher trainings, including pre and postnatal yoga teacher training, which are some of my favourite classes to teach.

I’m passionate about creating a space where women feel supported, empowered and connected as they move through the incredible journey of motherhood.

As a mum of two and a kindergarten teacher with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, I bring a strong understanding of child development to my perinatal yoga classes, which adds another layer of care and insight.

I’m also currently undertaking a 1000-hour Yoga Therapy training, further deepening my ability to support women in a meaningful, holistic way, both on and off the mat.

I can't wait to share the space with you.
