Targeted poses support the pelvic floor and core, preparing your body for birth. Relieve common discomforts like back pain and fatigue while increasing stamina for labor and delivery. Each session is a chance to slow down, connect with your growing baby, and nurture your changing body. No previous yoga experience needed, just come as you are. Meet other mums-to-be and share this journey in a warm, supportive space. A beautiful way to unwind, stay active, and feel empowered throughout pregnancy.
