About the event
Gather in our warm and inviting space this coming Friday evening for a deep restorative yin class to warm you during winter. Our Yin classes are open to all stages of life, so bring a friend, family member, mother, father, or just yourself to connect in with mind and body.
Our Yin classes will be offered as a monthly event so secure your spot today!

Includes a warming tea. Please bring your own mat. Bolsters and blocks will be provided. Limited spare mats available.
